SA Host is not your average generic customer service course.
SA Host builds "ambassadors" for our country, your business and the community. It is part of a national drive and is also part an an international host programme E.g.New Zealand - Kiwi Host. SA Host is a low cost and high impact course. It breathes life into the very heart of a person in any service industry. SA Host instills individual pride and shares an energy and passion that stays with an individual long after the course is over.
SA Host: Thousands of people across the country have received their SA Host accreditation. A business will receive accreditation when 60% of their staff have completed the training. SA Host can:
- Change attitudes towards internal and external customers
- Create awareness of the value of good relationships, co-operation and first - impressions
- Boost employee morale
- Increase repeat business
- Lead to improved greater customer satisfaction
- Invest in your people towards self pride in whatever position they hold

OUR SA HOST CLIENTS

The workshop is run over 2 days from 08h00 to 15h00 (timing can be adjusted to support operational requirement)
• The number of participants per group, a minimum of 12 and maximum of 30
• Participants receive an SA Host workbook, lapel pin and certificate.
• The SA Host lapel pin is awarded to all participants who achieve 80% on their test. The lapel pin is issued at the end of the workshop and we encourage supervisors/managers to be present for this achievement.
• An SA Host certificate is issued by THETA to all those that achieve 80% and over.
• The workshop is intense, participative, fun and inspiring.
• Communicate clearly with a customer
• Listen effectively to customer needs
• Make a good first impression
• Handle challenging customer interactions and build loyality
• Proactively find solutions to meet customer needs
• Deliver excellent service on the telephone
• Increase your professionalism
SA Host has been an integral part of the training for the LOC volunteers. All the volunteers receive SA Host training.
The cost is dependent on location, venues and group structure. We work on a sliding scale.
I would hereby like to give a brief summary of my experience as an attendee at the SA HOST Training that was held at the estate during the month of June 2009.
From the moment we walked into the venue, the air was filled with excitement. It was relaxing and inviting. Our first moment of truth was indeed a good one. Nikki also impressed with her bubbly and friendly personality, which was apparent in everything she did. The material was presented in a fun yet engaging manner, with everyone participating and learning as we went along. The presentation was of top quality and the execution was delightful. Although we all seemed to have a great amount of fun during the 2 days, we also learn ed a lot more than most anticipated. After the training, I myself have seen an improvement in confidence and customer care by the people who have earned their SA Host Badges on their respective training.
We would like to therefore thank Nikki and her team for an excellent program, and hereby extend my gratitude to her on behalf of Kievits Kroon, but more so from myself.
